Amazing company with amazing customer service. We were selling our house and had a room that had a dog odor from our 12 year old lab. The carpet was only 2 years old and in great shape we didn't want to have to replace the carpet if we didn't have to. Gina and Steve did everything they could do and in the end was able to get the dog smell out and we didn't have to replace the carpet. They provided outstanding customer service. Every tech that came out to our house was professional and very knowledgeable. The carpet look and smelled clean. I would highly recommend using them. I will never use another carpet cleaning service unless it's steam pro. They were truley a blessing!!

UPDATED REVIEWThis company has truly earned my respect and loyalty. I initially used them about 7 months ago and had a phenomenal experience. They made the carpet in our old 2-bedroom condo look brand new. My next experience wasn’t the greatest. We had a minor issue with the Tech that came out and when we talked to the office manager, Linda, her attitude wasn’t any better. BUT, here’s what’s amazing. When Gina found out about it she was relentless in trying to make things right. When she wasn’t able to reach me, she passed the baton to JC their new Ops Manager that replaced Linda. This guy personally came out to our condo and deep-cleaned our carpets and upholstery as a gesture to make up for our previous experience. When he got done the carpets looked amazing. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. The thing I love most about Steam Pro is not just the excellent job they do in cleaning carpets—it’s the heart they have for their customers. It’s cool to see small business owners and a staff that go the extra mile to create a stellar experience for their clients. Give them a shot. I highly recommend them.

Angelo just finished our carpets after fixing another techs missed spots. After the first cleaning I called, and the owners immediately rectified the situation, set up another cleaning for free. Angelo arrived and listened to every area I was concerned about and told me exactly how he would fix the problem and made sure I was happy with each area before moving to the next. My carpets look and smell amazing and we are so happy with them and Angelo's great service

I have been using this company for years for all my carpet cleaning needs. The prices are extremely fair and their work is outstanding! The technicians are prompt, friendly, and do a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. Today my technician was Sean Decaro. He was on time, extremely professional and courteous, and the carpets look wonderful, as usual. Please give Sean a HUGE BONUS!! He is truly an asset to your company. It is nice to see that there are still companies out there that offer excellent customer service and satisfaction.
